User ConductBy using the Service, you agree that you will NOT:Harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, or abuse other members;Post or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory;Use the Service to solicit money, engage in financial scams ("romance scams"), or request personal financial information from other members;Post false, misleading, or deceptive information about yourself, including misrepresenting your age, identity, marital status, or intentions;Upload sexually explicit images or content involving minors — such content will be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities;Use the Service for any commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising purposes without our consent;Attempt to access another member's account, scrape, harvest, or aggregate member data, or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service;Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the Service;Use the Service if you have been convicted of a felony, are required to register as a sex offender, or otherwise pose a safety risk to other members.We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including removal of content and termination of accounts, against anyone who violates this section.5. User Content6.1 You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"), including profile information, photos, messages, and forum or group posts.6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant Awareness Match a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.6.3 You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.6.4 We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms.7.
